This is a legal document (‘Agreement’) which sets out your rights and obligations and those of FOXY Choice (‘we’ or ‘us’). Please read this carefully including our PRIVACY POLICY below before visiting our website. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

Although we believe our website content is reliable, the information here is presented without responsibility for its accuracy and some entries provided by other businesses may contain errors, omissions and information that is out of date.
Liability
All website visitors are welcome to browse on the condition that any errors or omissions they might encounter shall not be made the basis for any claim, demand or cause for action against us and/or any associated content providers.
This website contains links to other websites which we neither control nor maintain. We are therefore not responsible for the content or accuracy of such websites. In the event of a complaint arising with a business introduced by FOXY Choice we ask you (the customer) to use your best endeavours to settle this complaint in an amicable fashion with the Manager of the business concerned. If this does not produce a satisfactory outcome you should enquire whether the business is a member of a trade body that operates a dispute resolution process. You are invited to involve FOXY Choice at this stage. Whilst we are not responsible for settling disputes we will record all written complaints, including any stating that a business has infringed the FOXY Promise.
In extreme circumstances we will de-list a business, including proven instances of shoddy workmanship where safety issues were compromised, and wherever a total of three written complaints are made about the same business; illustrating an evident 'couldn't care less' attitude towards the customer.

All copyright and intellectual property is owned by FOXY Choice unless stated otherwise. We are happy that you download, print or photocopy any information for your own private use only and that you obtain our written permission for any other purpose.
You are expressly prohibited from using listed data on this website for any business activity including

FOXY is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office; all personal details are stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not be sold, transferred or made available to any third party.
FOXY respects your privacy and personal security; we will not disclose unauthorised contact details to other Companies or individuals unless we are required to by law.

Internet Security

The information you enter is encrypted before it is sent to us and no data is shared, sold or traded with anyone. Your details are then passed immediately to FOXY HQ where we encrypt any sensitive financial information and store it away from the webserver. Having said all that, no computer system is totally secure, but we feel confident that ours is as good as it can be.
We may use software to see how our visitors use our website. On this website, like others you visit, a log file is kept by the web server software. Log files contain basic information such as your computer's IP address (not its physical location), the type of browser you are using, and the pages you viewed within the website.
